We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your extensions, you may return them within 15 days of purchase for a full refund, minus shipping costs. Please note that returned extensions must be unused and unopened in their original packaging.

When will I receive my reimbursement after it’s been processed?

Can anyone purchase Siren Luxury Hair Extensions?
No, Siren Luxury Hair Extensions are exclusively available to licensed hair stylists. To purchase extensions, stylists must create a pro account with us. We prioritize the professional hair industry and ensure that our extensions meet the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
Can Siren Luxury Hair Extensions be colored?
Yes, our hair is all-natural and silicone-free, making it suitable for coloring. However, we recommend caution when coloring extensions. While our extensions can be colored, we advise only going a shade or two darker to avoid damage. We do not recommend lightening hair extensions, as this can compromise the integrity of the hair.
How many rows of extensions will my client need?
The number of rows of extensions needed depends on your clients' hair type, thickness, and desired volume. We recommend consulting with your client during a hair consultation to determine the ideal number of rows for their specific needs.
How many wefts will my client need per row?
The number of wefts needed per row will vary depending on the desired volume and coverage. On average, most clients will require 2-6 wefts per row. However, we recommend assessing your clients' hair during a consultation to determine the exact number of wefts needed for optimal results.
What is the difference of a hand-tied extension and genius wefts?
Hand-tied extensions are meticulously crafted by hand, resulting in not being able to cut the weft. A genius weft is machine sewn with a silicon coating on the weft line, resulting to be able to cut your weft line at any point to customize the length of the weft on the head.
What is the sourcing process for Siren extensions?

Chemical vs. Mineral-based sunscreens: How to avoid your hair turning orange with sunscreen?
Orange is not the new blonde! To prevent your hair from turning orange with sunscreen, opt for mineral-based sunscreens that contain zinc oxide. Do not use a sunscreen that has Avobenzone in it. These formulations are less likely to cause discoloration. Additionally, before applying sunscreen, we recommend pulling your hair back or braiding it to minimize contact with the product. This precaution can help protect your hair from potential discoloration while ensuring effective sun protection.
Air Dry or Blow Dry?
For optimal results, we recommend blow-drying, particularly focusing on the roots of the extensions. Gently blow-drying the roots helps to smooth the weft, preventing unnecessary tangling and ensuring a seamless blend with natural hair. After blow-drying the roots, your client can choose to air dry or blow dry the rest of their hair as desired. This approach maintains the integrity of the extensions while providing a smooth and tangle-free finish.
Purple Shampoo:
While purple shampoo is excellent for toning blondes, it may not always yield the desired results when left on blonde extensions for too long. To prevent the risk of ending up with a mauve-stained head of hair, we recommend advising your client to visit the salon for a professional toning treatment. This ensures precise application and optimal toning results without the risk of over-toning or staining the extensions.
Product Build-Up:
Your hairstyle should lift you up, not weigh you down with build-up. To ensure your wefts maintain their best appearance and longevity, we recommend using a cleansing, hydrating shampoo and conditioner and rinsing thoroughly. This will effectively cleanse your hair of any residues from dry shampoo, masks, serums, and oils that may have accumulated, preventing dryness and tangles while keeping your extensions looking and feeling their best.
Sleeping with Wet Hair:

For those seeking an extra touch of luxury, consider investing in a silk pillowcase to reduce friction and elevate your nightly routine.
